Women’s Day 2014

September 13, 2014 marks the very first annual Women’s Day of the Sydney International Christian Church. It was truly inspiring to have women from all over the world in attendance. All the women of the Sydney Church worked extremely hard to make women’s day special as it was reflected by the phenomenal decorations, food, and venue which all looked spectacular. A special thanks to Margot Clague for freely contributing her creativity and organizational skills. It was also great to see the men of the Sydney church in full support as they served by helping set-up and ushering the event. It was an honor to hear three incredible women Keira Walker, Teigan Fragley, and Maggie Chan who were all baptized this year share vulnerably their testimony of how they came to faith. Additionally, we had the privilege of witnessing an awesome contemporary dance piece choreographed and performed by Teigan Fragley and Nathalie Fetelika. Kerry Willis brought women’s day to a close as she shared powerfully how she found the missing piece of life in God and inspired all the women to do the same. Please pray that all the women in attendance were impacted and will go after finding out their value to God, and finding that missing piece in him. IMG_9029 IMG_9064
