What a day for Bjorn as he makes Jesus his Lord! Bjorn was met by our brother Chindalo hours before their Friday Bible discussion during the sunset that day. It’s been an insightful journey for him as he did not believe in God before studying the bible. But with every bible study, discussion, and just fun with the disciples and witnessing baptisms pumped faith into his Life. Welcome to the Kingdom, Bjorn!
It truly is becoming a September to Remember with our newest brother, Alejandro’s baptism! Alejandro is a 19-year-old Colombian student at UNSW studying computer science. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Japanese, having lived in Japan for many years. He came to Bible talk at the invitation of one of his friends from his study group and quickly demonstrated a heart and thirst to know God better! Throughout the Bible studies with the brothers, Alejandro has come to grips with the truth and become very eager to be baptised to wash his sins away. Praise God for a worldwide movement, as once again our brother Tulio Amaral from Bogotá was incredibly sacrificial with his time in order to video call Alejandro and count the cost of becoming a true disciple of Jesus. Alejandro is very excited about his new life with Christ and this new family that he has found. Congratulations Alejandro!
