On Monday November 29, Jozy was baptised late at night at Maroubra beach. Originally born and raised in Fiji, Jozy moved to Sydney 3 years ago on a student visa. She had been seeking God when two disciples met her and invited her to our midweek service. She came that week and instantly felt at home, expressing that this is what she’d been looking for. After studying the Bible for 4 weeks and wrestling with the scriptures, Jozy made the courageous decision to leave her old life behind and follow Jesus, even moving in with some of the girls! Everyone celebrated her baptism, as she has already become part of the family!
